Meet Lisbeth: A Skilled Seeker and Creative Spirit from Denmark
At Seekers Notes, it’s our players who truly bring the game to life, and today we’re delighted to introduce Lisbeth — a dedicated train conductor by night, a creative hobbyist by passion, and a longtime member of our community. From Denmark, Lisbeth graciously shared her Seekers Notes journey, thoughtful strategies, and exciting hopes for the game’s future.

Tell us a little about yourself. How did your journey with Seekers Notes begin?
My name is Lisbeth. I live in Denmark and am a train conductor by day — or rather night. On my time off, I dabble in many types of creative hobbies from needle felting to cutting various things on my Cricut.
I have (currently) 3 cats and a husband that has stuck around for 41 years and counting.
How did you discover Seekers Notes? What made you stick with it?
I found Seekers Notes from a Facebook ad. It sounded like a fun game, and with a pace that suited me. Yes, you have limited time to find the objects, but it is still overall a chill game. Not stressful. And it turned out my memory was well suited to this type of game. I also feel like it is keeping my brain in good condition. Any memory-based game is good for that, of course, but this one is so much fun, and I love the sense of community.
I entered a guild early on but soon felt I was more competitive than they were, so I switched to my current guild, and it really feels like a family. We’re not an overly chatty guild, and that is fine with me. But we visit and gift. And play in the competitions in a “we’re here to have fun” spirit. Never in a high league, but that’s okay. The important part is the FUN.
Which events or updates have stood out to you the most in your time playing?
Favourite events — I think the current one, really. I love all things from Ancient Egypt, so it is very cool.
I play a lot of Treasure Box and that is one of the times where I get really competitive, especially in Gremlin Fun. For a good while, I have managed a place in the Top 3 in the top league there.
What strategies or tips would you share with new players just starting their adventure?
Screenshots are your friend when you’re starting out. Use them to familiarize yourself with the locations and items. Yes, it is cheating, but you will soon find you need them less and less as you progress.
Remember all the daily freebies, the free ruby, white chest, and remember to check out the Seekers Store webpage, too.
Spend money if you want. The game can be played for free, but a few extra rubies and tools just makes it even more enjoyable, at least for me.
Has Seekers Notes impacted you personally beyond the game?
Personal growth? Heh. I’m too old for that. But I enjoy the game. And no doubt my memory has improved. There are some locations I can play almost blindfolded.
I haven’t really made friends as such, seeing that our guild is spread out across the globe, but I do consider several guild members close acquaintances. 🙂
Do you have a favorite memory or achievement that stands out?
I suppose the first time I ended as #1 in Gremlin Fun, in one of the lower leagues. That sparked something in me, a competitiveness I didn’t know I had. 😅
How important has the community been to your experience?
Undoubtedly, the whole guild thing is what makes me play, and play every day. I don’t want to let my guild mates down.
But also the Facebook community is awesome. Whenever you have a question, someone—a LOT of someones—will know the answer. ❤️
As Seekers Notes approaches its 10th anniversary, what do you hope for its future?
Hopes for the future? Well obviously, I hope the game will continue, and continue to grow. And perhaps, everybody’s least-liked location, Wonderpark, will get an overhaul and be actually playable. 😉
I put forth an idea for a new mode, I call it “one of these things are not like the other.” Somewhat like morph mode, but static, and with items from another location. A “find 12 things that don’t belong” that I think could make old and “too well known” locations fun again for all the seasoned players. Perhaps a mode that unlocks at level 200 or something?
